The base design of this toupee is imported French lace in the middle, thin PU around the perimeter and 1/2 French lace along the front hairline.
The central French lace base provides a breathable and soft feel. The thin PU around the perimeter strengthens the base and makes the toupee easy to attach and remove and the front French lace provides you with a natural hairline.

What changes affect returns or product support?
Inspect the product before cutting, styling, coloring, washing, wearing or attaching it. Eligible returns must be unused and unaltered. Customized products are not returnable; other terms may apply.
What product support is included?
If the product arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed specification, contact ReHair promptly with your order number and clear photos. Eligibility follows the return policy and product-specific terms.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.
Once your order has been shipped or in the process of production, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order after you receive it You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. Please do not cut, style, color, wash or wear the hair system.
Please be aware that customized products or products that have been modified according to customer requirements are not accepted for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rehairsystem.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
