- Production Time: Guaranteed 30 -40 days, Except for uncontrollable circumstances like public holidays etc.
Average: about 40-50 days (more or less), it depends on the base type and other factors.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $145. Otherwise, standard shipping is $8.99. Duties and destination exceptions may apply.
Dispatch and delivery
Ready-to-wear items are prepared for dispatch after order review. Custom color, size or finishing work adds preparation time that is confirmed before production.
Return request window
Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Stock items must remain unused and unaltered; policy exclusions and fees may apply.
Optional delivery upgrade
Need it sooner?
Add expedited shipping to the whole order for $30.00 USD. It is available worldwide and is charged once per order. The final delivery window is confirmed for the destination.
Color matching, custom sizing, cutting, styling or other approved work changes return eligibility. Confirm the specification and after-sales terms before production begins.
