How to get your hair color matched before you buy a hair system?
One option is to send your hair sample, which will take some time for us to receive it. The other one is to purchase our hair system color ring and match your own hair color at home, which is a much quicker way to get your hair color matched.
Our men's hair system color ring consists of 64 colors. We recommend replacing your color ring every 2 years due to the possibility of slight color fade due to light exposure.
How does a color ring work?
If it is hard to pick a color by pictures, you can purchase our color ring to get your hair color matched. Half of the price $29 will be redeemed for your order if you decide to buy our hair system.
Dispatch and delivery
Ready-to-wear items are prepared for dispatch after order review. Custom color, size or finishing work adds preparation time that is confirmed before production.
Return request window
Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery. Stock items must remain unused and unaltered; policy exclusions and fees may apply.
Customized or altered products
Color matching, custom sizing, cutting, styling or other approved work changes return eligibility. Confirm the specification and after-sales terms before production begins.
