Our pre-cut service consists of two stages: the Base Pre-cut and the Hair Pre-cut. You may choose either option individually or both in combination, according to your specific requirements.

You will be able to choose between layers and different styles for the front, side(s) back - all in a style that's already prepared so there are no surprises when they arrive at home! Our experienced stylists know how to take care of each client depending on what kind of look he/she wants; whether straight sleek & shiny or beachy waves. They work closely in making sure every client feels satisfied with their final look

 

Here are the instructions for measuring your head size, presented in a more professional and structured format:

Determining Your Front Hairline:

  1. Standard method: Measure approximately four finger-widths above your eyebrows.
  2. Alternative method: a. Raise your eyebrows as high as possible. b. Run your finger up your forehead to locate the junction between soft and hard tissue. c. Mark this point as your hairline starting position.

Measurements:

  1. Front to Back (Length): Measure from the established front hairline to the point where hair loss ends at the back of your head.

  2. Width: Measure across the widest area of hair loss from one side to the other.

Please ensure accuracy in your measurements, as they are crucial for achieving the best fit and appearance.

  • Cancellation
    • We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or made.

      Once your order has been shipped or in the process of production, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order after you receive it You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled. 

      • Returns (if applicable)
      We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% of the product price restocking fee will apply if it's returned without any QUALITY problem.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. Please do not cut, style, color, wash or wear the hair system.

    Please be aware that customized products or products that have been modified according to customer requirements are not accepted for return.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@rehairsystem.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


      • Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with related photos or a specific video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are responsible for the return cost incurred if it is our fault. 

      • Exchanges
      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      • Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 2-4 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In most cases, it only takes a couple of days.  If you didn't get your refund in 4 weeks, you should check with your bank account first and make sure there is no problem with the bank. otherwise, please contact our e-mail: support@rehairsystem.com
