Orders over $140 USD qualify for free shipping. Otherwise, a $8 USD delivery charge applies, subject to destination exceptions shown at checkout.
Shipping cost
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $140 USD. Orders below the threshold normally have a $8 USD delivery charge. When you shop in a local currency, the storefront displays the converted equivalent. The final shipping charge and available service are confirmed at checkout.
Order preparation
Stock hair systems normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. Base cutting or hair pre-cut services generally require an additional 1–3 business days before shipment. Custom products and other made-to-order items follow the production time confirmed for that order.
Transit time
ReHair generally uses DHL or FedEx and ships to most countries in approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, customs clearance delays, remote-area handling or circumstances outside the carrier’s control.
Discreet packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging to protect your privacy.
Duties and import taxes
An international order may be subject to duties, taxes or fees when it reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Contact your local customs office for country-specific guidance.
Military and US territory addresses
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO or FPO military addresses may require USPS service and may take longer than standard courier delivery.
