How duplication works

  1. Send your unit. Buy the pickup service to get a prepaid label by email, pack the unit in a padded envelope, and book a FedEx pickup or drop it off. You can also post it yourself.
  2. We check it and call you back. A specialist inspects the unit and confirms base, size, density, hair, curl, color and grey with you by email or WhatsApp. Tell us anything you want changed.
  3. Approve, then we make it. We send a payment link only after the details are agreed; production starts once it is paid. We can keep your unit on file for reorders or send it back.

What to include

  • Your best-fitting unit, even if it is worn. Tell us about any damage.
  • Any old order emails or invoices that list your specs. Partial information still helps.
  • A few daylight photos of how you wear the system, and anything you want changed.

Is ReHair the same company as Hair Direct?

No. ReHair System is an independent company. We supplied hair systems to Hair Direct and now serve wearers directly.

Can you make the exact same unit I wore?

Send us a unit or template and we will duplicate it as closely as possible. Your consultant confirms the base, size, density, hair and color with you first, and there is no obligation to order.

How long does it take?

Duplicated and custom systems take up to 50–60 days to produce, or 30–40 days with the $59 rush service (holidays and circumstances outside our control excepted). Stock systems usually ship in 1–3 business days.

My old unit is worn out. Can you still use it?

Yes. The base shape and size can still be copied, and color can be matched from a hair sample or color ring.
