A more reliable match

Compare where the system will blend

Do not match only against the hair on top. Compare the swatches with the growing hair at the sides and back.

  1. 1
    Start with depth

Choose the closest black, brown or blonde family.

  2. 2
    Compare 3-5 nearby swatches

Eliminate shades rather than deciding from one image.

  3. 3
    Check two lighting conditions

Use indirect daylight and neutral indoor light, not direct sun or warm bulbs.

  4. 4
    Confirm tone and gray

Only after depth matches, choose warm, ash or the appropriate gray percentage.

Color questions

Before you choose

Can I choose from a phone or computer screen?

Use the online chart to narrow the choice, not as a guaranteed final match. Screen brightness, camera processing and room lighting can all shift the color.

What if I am between two colors?

Send clear photos in indirect daylight or use a physical color ring. A specialist can also advise whether a custom blend is more suitable.

Can I use another company's color ring?

No. Color codes are not guaranteed to match across suppliers. Use a ReHair ring when ordering a ReHair system.

How should I choose a gray percentage?

Match the amount of gray in the side and back hair where the system will blend. Compare nearby percentages before deciding.
