  Once your order has been shipped or in the process of production, it cannot be cancelled. If you don’t want it anymore, please follow our return policy to return your order after you receive it You will get a full refund if the order is cancelled.

  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A 15% of the product price restocking fee will apply if it's returned without any QUALITY problem.
  
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it. Please do not cut, style, color, wash or wear the hair system.

Please be aware that customized products or products that have been modified according to customer requirements are not accepted for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You'll need to pay the return shipping cost for any personal reasons. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
