Which patch for which area

• Temples: temple hair patches in packs of 1–3, or small natural-black pairs from 2×2cm to 4×4cm.
• Receding hairline: front lace hairline patch (1.7″×7″), frontal hairpieces from 2.5×16cm, or a hairline and top patch up to 5″×8″.
• Crown: crown hair patch in 4″×4″ or 5″×5″.
• Sides and back: 1″×1″ and 2″×2″ patches or round patches from 1.5cm, sold in pairs.
• Textured hair: a 4mm wave afro hairline in 1B and 1B10 (10% grey).

Measure the thinning area and compare it with the base size; hair length is a separate measurement. Check whether the price is for one piece or a pair.

Patch or full hair system?

If the area is larger than the biggest patch (5″×8″), or thinning is spread across the top, compare full hair systems and toupees for men.
